Care Across Every
Stage of Life
From early childhood through to later life, Providence delivers specialist, person-centred support. Three dedicated divisions. One shared commitment to quality care.
Flexible, dignified care packages for adults aged 18 to 65 and seniors aged 65 and over. We provide personal care, domiciliary care, medication support, supported living and specialist services for adults with complex needs.
Specialist placements, day services and therapeutic support for children and young people aged 0 to 18. We work with young people who have autism, learning disabilities, SEMH needs and complex presentations, including emergency placements.
Structured, meaningful day opportunities for adults and children. Our day services provide a safe environment for social interaction, learning, creative activities and community access. Available Monday to Friday with flexible hours.
We specialise in complex and challenging needs
Our teams have the training, experience and patience to work with individuals whose needs may have proved difficult to meet elsewhere. We take on the cases others find challenging.
How we put care into practice
We do not use a one-size-fits-all model. Every person we support starts with a proper assessment. We take the time to understand their history, their preferences, their strengths and their goals before we put any support in place.
Referral and assessment
We receive your referral, speak with you and the person needing support, review any existing documentation and carry out a thorough needs assessment.
Care plan development
Together with the individual and their network, we build a care plan that reflects their goals and preferences, not just their medical needs.
Placement and ongoing support
We match the right staff, start the support, and keep reviewing. As needs change, the plan changes too.
