Governance Structure
Providence Centered Care Limited maintains clearly defined governance roles in line with CQC, NHS commissioning and Information Governance requirements. Key roles include:
Registered Manager
Responsible for the day-to-day management of regulated activities and quality of care provided.

Senior person with overall responsibility for the quality and safety of care at provider level, as required by CQC.

Promotes appropriate use of IG policies, co-ordinates Data Security and Protection Toolkit compliance.
Data Protection Officer
Ensures personal data of service users, staff and partners is processed in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Caldicott Guardian
Senior person responsible for protecting the confidentiality of health and care information and its appropriate use.
Senior Information Risk Owner
Responsible for implementing and managing information risks within the organisation.
Accountable Emergency Officer
Board-level responsibility for emergency preparedness, resilience and response (EPRR).
Safeguarding Lead — Adults & Children
