Support Worker
Full-time Erith, London / Various Competitive + benefitsJoin our team as a Support Worker and make a real difference to the lives of vulnerable adults. You will deliver person-centred care and support to service users in their homes and in supported living settings.
Requirements:
- Experience in care or support work (desirable)
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
- Compassionate and patient nature
- Good communication skills
- Full UK driving licence (desirable)
Senior Support Worker
Full-time Erith, London £13.50 – £15.00 per hourAs a Senior Support Worker you will lead by example, mentor junior staff, and help coordinate care plans for our service users. You will work closely with the care coordinator to ensure high-quality, compliant support delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years care experience
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
- Enhanced DBS required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience writing care plans
