We are looking for caring, reliable individuals to provide personal care and support to adults and young people in supported living settings.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2+ in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
  • Valid DBS certificate
  • Right to work in UK
  • Car driver preferred but not essential

Support Worker

Full-time & Part-time North West England

Support our service users to live independently, develop life skills, and access their community. You will work closely with care coordinators to deliver personalised support plans.

Requirements:

  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable
  • Experience in a care setting advantageous
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to undergo training

Senior Care Worker

Full-time North West England

A leadership role supporting and mentoring junior staff, carrying out assessments, and ensuring care plans are delivered to the highest standard.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
  • Minimum 2 years care sector experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Valid DBS (enhanced)

Care Coordinator

Full-time North West England

Coordinate care delivery for a caseload of service users: manage rotas, liaise with local authorities and families, and ensure CQC compliance across your team.

Requirements:

  • Level 4/5 in Health & Social Care
  • Previous coordinating or supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of CQC standards
  • Excellent organisational skills
