About Providence
Centered Care
A CQC-registered health and social care provider with a straightforward mission: to deliver care that we would be proud to receive ourselves, for every person we support.
Built on the belief that care should be personal
Providence Centered Care Ltd was established to address something we kept seeing in the sector: good people falling through gaps. Adults with complex needs being moved between providers. Children placed far from their families because nothing suitable was available locally. Carers burning out for lack of the right support.
We built Providence to do things differently. Not with a marketing strategy or a tick-box approach to compliance, but with a genuine commitment to each individual we work with. Every placement we take on, we take on seriously.
We are registered with the Care Quality Commission and we welcome the scrutiny that comes with that registration. Our team includes experienced care managers, clinical leads, safeguarding specialists and dedicated frontline staff who choose this work because it matters to them.

Our values, in plain English
These are not statements we put on a poster and forget about. They are the things we talk about in our team meetings, the questions we ask ourselves when something is hard, and the standards we hold each other to.
Individuality
We start from the premise that no two people are the same. Care plans, support workers, daily routines — all of it is shaped around the person, not the other way round.
Dignity and respect
We do not reduce people to their diagnoses or their care package. Every person we support deserves to be treated with the same respect we would want for ourselves.
Empowerment
We measure our success by how much independence people gain over time, not by how dependent on us they become. Our job is to help people thrive.
Partnership
Care works best when it is built in partnership. With the individual, with their family, with social workers, health teams and the wider network around them.
Care at every stage of life
Adults Care Division
Flexible, person-centred care packages for adults aged 18 to 65 and seniors aged 65 and over. From a few hours of support each week through to full 24-hour live-in care. We support adults with mental health conditions, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism and complex needs.
Children and Young People Division
Specialist placements and day services for children and young people aged 0 to 18. We work with local authorities and families to find the right placement for young people with autism, SEMH, learning disabilities and complex presentations, including emergency placements.
Day Services Division
Structured day opportunities for adults and young people. Meaningful activities, community outings, life skills development and social connection in a safe, supportive environment. Available Monday to Friday with flexible hours, transport and meals included.
Regulated, inspected and accountable
Providence Centered Care is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the independent regulator of health and social care in England. We registered in March 2025 and our registration is active across all regulated activities. Our registration demonstrates our commitment to meeting the fundamental standards of quality and safety that the law requires.
We are preparing for our first CQC inspection, which is entirely normal at this stage of the organisation's growth. All regulated activities are compliant and the team is ready. We welcome inspection as an opportunity to demonstrate the quality of our care. We are transparent about our performance and we take any feedback seriously.
