Where we have active properties

Our core areas of operation are in and around Greater London, the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham, the London Borough of Bexley, Essex and parts of Kent. We are actively seeking landlord partners to expand this coverage.

Erith and Bexley

London Borough of Bexley

Our registered office and primary care hub is based in Erith, DA8. We have strong existing relationships with the London Borough of Bexley and manage several properties in and around this area.

Dagenham and Barking

London Borough of Barking and Dagenham

Our day services centre is based at Surrey Road, Dagenham, RM10. We have active service users in the Barking and Dagenham area and work closely with the local authority there.

East London

Various East London boroughs

We support service users across East London, including Newham, Waltham Forest and Havering, and we have existing commissioner relationships in these boroughs.

South East London

Various South East London boroughs

We work with commissioners and manage properties across South East London, including Lewisham, Greenwich and Southwark.

Essex

Essex County Council areas

We have service users placed in Essex and are actively seeking landlord partners for properties in Basildon, Chelmsford, Romford, Thurrock and surrounding areas.

Kent

Kent County Council areas

We work with commissioner referrers in Kent and have managed accommodation in Dartford, Gravesham and Swanley, with ongoing expansion in this area.

We are actively growing our property portfolio

Demand for quality supported accommodation in the care sector significantly outstrips supply in many parts of England. We are actively looking to expand our property portfolio across the country, with particular interest in areas where we already have commissioner relationships.

If you are a landlord with a property in any of the areas below, or in a location not listed, we would still love to hear from you. The need for good supported accommodation is nationwide, and we are prepared to explore new areas where the right property and the right landlord partnership are available.
