Do I need to do anything once we have signed?
No. Once the lease is signed, we take over completely. You receive your guaranteed rent payment each month and we handle everything else.
What happens if the property needs repairs?
We manage all maintenance and repairs ourselves. We have our own maintenance staff and relationships with vetted contractors.
What if I change my mind mid-lease?
We sign a formal lease agreement with clearly defined exit terms. We would encourage you to review these carefully before signing. We are transparent about exit conditions.
Will my property be treated well?
We treat every property in our portfolio as if it were our own. Maintaining properties to a high standard is not just the right thing to do — it also protects our ability to use them for care purposes.
